Learn to make a rainbow-hued variety of flavorful dressings and salads. Rich in vitamins and minerals, these dressings and salads can be made in 10 minutes or less and can be made in advance. Salads and sauces will be made from the best nutritional lettuces and dressings from herbs, tofu, and vegetables. 3 hours
Tofu/Wonder Food - Chinese Wok Cooking
2nd Monday August 15th; 29th
Come taste the food that is so universal, yet so delicious! Sometimes call" The Meat Without The Bone". Learn to make ice cream to seafood. Experience the delicate flavors of health-oriented Chinese cooking. You'll find wok cookery to be quick, delicious, nutritious and one of the most fuel efficient methods of cooking. Recipes include fried rice, tofu, vegetables, chow mien, steamed stir fry, egg rolls with sweet 'n' sour sauce 4 hours or more!
Pasta! Pasta!
3rd September 12th; 26th
Pasta, perfect food for lunch or dinner. Everybody, young or old, likes pasta. You can't go wrong when you serve it. (example) Sesame Pasta w/Tomatoes, olives & Basil; Pasta w/Cilantro; Penne w/Eggplant, Mint & Romano; Fusilli w/White Beans, Veggie Sausage and Herbs; Wild Rice & Mushroom. 3-4 hours

These products are made from vegetable proteins and are very wholesome to be applied to the daily diet.. Learn to make breakfast patties and also burgers, also how they are used in main dishes. A basic stable to the diet when coming off of a flesh diet. On those special days, are you wondering what to fix? Well, this may be the session you don't want to miss. Learn how to fix healthful Entree' and still eat nutritiously. Fix great vegetable entree's using fresh vegetables and plant based meats! 4 or more hours!
Desserts - Do They Stay?
5th November 7th (desserts for Thanksgiving Holiday)
Learn how to make different desserts from wholesome foods using natural ingredients, no dairy products, no sugar, no eggs. Learn how using sugar and dairy products can become deadly to your health.. Cooking and Baking whhile eating healthy can be a joy!! 3 hours
