Salad/Natural Dressings
1st Monday
Learn to make a rainbow-hued variety of flavorful dressings and salads. Rich in vitamins and minerals, these dressings and salads can be made in 10 minutes or less and can be made in advance. Salads and sauces will be made from the best nutritional lettuces and dressings from herbs, tofu, and vegetables. 3 hours
Tofu/Wonder Food
2nd Tuesday
Come taste the food that is so universal, yet so delicious! Sometimes call" The Meat Without The Bone". Learn to make ice cream to seafood. 4 hours
Pasta! Pasta!
3rd Wednesday
Pasta, perfect food for lunch or dinner. Everybody, young or old, likes pasta. You can't go wrong when you serve it. (example) Sesame Pasta w/Tomatoes, olives & Basil; Pasta w/Cilantro; Penne w/Eggplant, Mint & Romano; Fusilli w/White Beans, Veggie Sausage and Herbs; Wild Rice & Mushroom. 3 hours
Mock Meats
4th Thursday
These products are made from vegetable proteins and are very wholesome to be applied to the daily diet.. Learn to make breakfast patties and also burgers, also how they are used in main dishes. A basic stable to the diet when coming off of a flesh diet. 4 hours
Desserts - Do They Stay?
5th Friday
Learn how to make different desserts from wholesome foods using natural ingredients, no dairy products, no sugar, no eggs. Learn how using sugar and dairy products together can become deadly to your health. 3 hours
Entree
4th Thursday along with Mock Meats
On those special days, are you wondering what to fix? Well, this may be the session you don't want to miss. Learn how to fix healthful Entree' and still eat nutritiously. Fix great vegetable entree's using fresh vegetables and soy products. 4 hours
Chinese - Wok Cookery
2nd Tuesday along with Tofu Class
Experience the delicate flavors of health-oriented Chinese cooking. You'll find wok cookery to be quick, delicious, nutritious and one of the most fuel efficient methods of cooking. Recipes include fried rice, tofu, vegetables, chow mien, steamed stir fry, egg rolls with sweet 'n' sour sauce . 4 hours

May: 15th and 29th: Tofu-Wok Cooking - Tofu the wonder food. How many times have you asked yourself. What do I do with this! Well, come out and find out ! $35.00
June: 12th and 26th: Pasta Pasta! - Learn how to cook Pasta the right way. Pasta is one of the most over-cooked foods on the market. Come learn the proper method of cooking this delicious food! $25.00
July: 17th and 31st: Veggie Meats/Entree - Learn an alternative for eating Meats! $35.00
Aug: 14th and 28th: Pizza! Calzones! - Learn how to make Gourmet Pizza and healthy Calzones stuffed with soy cheeses and veggies. All made on a stone! How hot is that! $35.00
Sept: 4th and 18th: Chili and Soups - Homemade Chili and Soup without meat! Great taste and full of flavor! Just right for those cold evenings. $25.00
Oct: 16th and 30th: Desserts Do They Stay? -Made without sugar and dairy! $35.00
Nov: 13th: Bread Making - How to make healthy breads without using eggs and dairy products. Make a loaf of bread that your family can be proud to eat! Whole Wheat and Rustic Breads. $25.00
